There is no Part A and B, nothing a patient has to figure. Gov is the payer, no deductibles or co-pays. Taxes cover it all and if you're too poor it doesn't matter as everyone is covered and the Office of Budget Management predicts it will be far cheaper than what we are now paying for Health care and a lot less complicated. We are the only industrial nation without single payer healthcare. Time to end the billion dollar ins profiteering. They operate at a min 20% overhead thanks to the ACA. Medicare operates at 3% overhead since they don't have a profit margin to uphold.
