environment. Even getting a public option (the optional Medicare buy-in) will be so so hard I fear, as I can see multiple Democrats defections in the Senate and voting against it (ironically Heitkamp would have been one likely candidate to do that, along with Manchin, etc) even if we take back the Senate.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
