here are the names of the 2 Biden advisors who were floating the ideas of both (1) naming a VP early (2) running as a 1 term candidate.

Senators Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren, Mr. Biden has not spent years building a muscular digital operation aimed at stimulating online supporters to give money. So his team is mulling a host of unconventional steps, including several related to fund-raising, transparency and the mechanics of a campaign.

But none would carry the impact of naming a running mate early or vowing to serve just one term.

Two of Mr. Biden’s closest advisers, Steve Ricchetti and Mike Donilon, have floated both possibilities in recent weeks. And they have been egged on by some Democratic lawmakers, who have urged the Biden associates to strongly consider the one-term pledge to immediately defuse the question about his age.

Abrams was the main name that came up

and if you read her response closely

she said it was not THE CORE issue, which doesn't mean it was not talked about at all

Abrams told "CBS This Morning" that she's been holding meetings with nearly everyone running in 2020, including former Vice President Joe Biden. She attempted to shoot down speculation of a possible joint ticket with Biden in the 2020 race.

"We talked about a lot of things but that was not the core issue," Abrams said when asked about filling a potential VP slot.

there is a video at the link

that quote section comes from the 2:40 mark onward

I think (especially as she has, grrrrrr, turned down running for Senate against that fucker Perdue) she is deffo in the mix, and would really help make GA, NC, FL competitive as hell

then again, she said IF she decided to run for POTUS she could wait until Labour Day to jump in (I disagree there probably)

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
