Kara should try not to interrupt when she's interviewing someone with as much to offer as Pete.

Pete's discussion of companies using private contractors is an important one that needs to be looked at and debated. My brother-in-law worked for the same company for 38 years and was fired. Then, a week later the same company called him and offered him work as a private contractor. The same damn job!

Pete also know a lot about the value of our personal data to the companies have access to. They worked with a tremendous amount of personal data at McKinsey and he began thinking about the implications of how that data was monetized by companies across the spectrum and the individuals place in the scenario while there. If Kara would have STFU he could have went into a lot more interesting detail.
