6. What's worse is we pay the claim when the loan goes bad. Then the bank owned collection....

.... company starts piling on collection and attorney fees. They make money when the loan performs, when it goes bad and when it goes to collections.


I’ll have to look for the article I read several years ago about the banks buying up the collection agencies.
