I’m not very familiar with her work but after reading her platform(one of the best in the field) I started watching some of her events. I really only have positive things to say about what I saw.

About a year or so ago someone recommended I listen to some guided sleep meditations by Jason Stephenson. I think that is his name. I listen to one four or five nights a week now. Don’t laugh at me if he is considered “commercialized.” 😁 I’m really unfamiliar with the industry. What I am familiar with is how much they relax me.

If you have the name of someone else I should try I would appreciate it.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
