33. Kerry isn't saying he didn't say it.

He is only saying that the reporter misinterpreted what he heard: look at Kerry’s actual reaction:

A friend who watches too much cable called me wondering whether I’d ever jump into the race late in the game if Democrats were choosing an unelectable nominee. I listed all the reasons I could not possibly do that and would not — and will not under any circumstances — do that."

I will tell you this. If Sanders takes Iowa, he is a valid contender. Even if he takes second, he is a valid contender.

And if the Democratic Party once again changes rules or stacks the deck intentionally to defeat Sanders, there will be hell to pay. The country won’t take that.

Let fair elections and caucuses be run, and delegates be awarded fairly. No superdelegate alterations to burn Bernie, or else the country is beyond redemption.
