(591 posts)So who is really viable at this point? Biden who has had NO PRESENCE in CA? Or Warren who's polling at 17% and has much more organization and infrastructure in CA?
Remember in CA, many of the counties vote by mail, which means that a significant percentage won't be known for days or possibly weeks. The campaigns know this, so the rush to make it a cage match between Biden and Bernie is HORRIBLY premature. WE SPENT A WHOLE YEAR TALKING TO IOWA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE and now we want to rushor even negatethe votes in CA and TX? Warren has a LOT of support among the people who went for Bernie in 2016. (For all we know, Bernie is still counting them in his polling data because it makes him look more realistic.)
FTR, I and my family have already voted for Warren. We are #BlueNoMatterWho but want to support a candidate who will get things done and who will support the down-ticket races in CA and elsewhere. (Would prefer that Bernie isn't the candidate, as the candidates backed by Our Revolution in 2018 lost every race.)
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
