SALT LAKE CITY -
I just read this in a Swiss Newspaper:
A woman pregnant with twins is advised to undergo a Caesarean section.
She refuses to comply (don't know why)...
One twin is born dead.
The woman is charged with murder!!! ???
Because she refused to let herself being operated!!?
Where are the human rights here? Do only inocent unborn babies have rights in the US nowadays??
Any news coverage on this one in the US?

However, in SC a couple years ago a doctor suggested that this pregnant woman induce labor because she was past her due date. She did not want to be induced. The courts were involved and everything and social services and I don't know what other agency all in an effort to force this woman to induce labor. In the meantime she had delivered her baby naturally.
Makes you sick doesn't it.
