Mayor Bloomberg last night married two of his aides in an elegant ceremony at Gracie Mansion before about 150 relatives and friends — then reminded them not to stay out too late because they had to be at work in the morning.
Consumer Affairs Commissioner Jonathan Mintz, 47, and John Feinblatt, 60, a chief policy adviser, could hardly complain.
After all, the mayor usually has a hard-and-fast policy against performing weddings, but he made an exception for them.
The happy couple was joined by daughters Maeve (left), 8, and Georgia, 6. The girls handed Bloomberg the wedding bands and glass for their fathers to step on, a Jewish tradition.
