Public Policy Polling teased findings on its Twitter feed today regarding the public’s view of Occupy Wall Street:

By a 43/34 margin independents like Occupy Wall Street better than the Tea Party. Full results tomorrow

The findings stand in marked contrast to statements from high-profile Republicans such as Eric Cantor and Herman Cain, who have denigrated the OWS movement in recent days.

Is it just me, or do almost all the polls these days show that fully one third of American citizens are completely crazy?

13. One third of American citizens are indeed crazy.

But that one third was fifty percent 30 years ago and it continues to dwindle. In 15-20 years enough should die off so that they represent perhaps half what they do now.

What's unfortunate is how one third of American citizens control half of the government on any given occasion. 2010 was a sore spot for me because we had the numbers, but somehow we failed to get out the vote, and that minority still held on to power.
