I have plenty of savings, but can't afford a house or flat.:shrug:

And I just want it flatten out, for the next 10 years. By then we will be back on track again I hope. Mind you by then the truth will be out about the lack of oil in the world, the economy will be in tatters and all of John Prescott's East Thames affordable houses will be under water. I think I may be Mr pessimistic for the rest of the day.

Cambridge, where I had no chance to afford anything. Now I've just moved to the North East, but house prices have risen out of my price range in the year before I got here.
