it's interesting, they're actually quite annoyed with the few foreigners in the area and work against these things. That may sound strange, but the fact is a little obscure and under-reported for a variety of reasons (the basic rules of propaganda being foremost among them). The most elder and respected sheikhs and advisors to the Iraqi fighters in Fallujah started a program against the troublemakers a couple months ago, this in addition to their resistance activity against the crusader occupyers that have grown to truly fear the great city of mosques. They don't much like Saddam either, contrary to the lies for example in the "Yahoo! News" piece.. It's a real propaganda black eye to see the most effective Resistance movements as both anti-"foreign fighters" and anti-Saddam, so that's a fact best ignored in the crusader media.
