I was checking out the acoustic guitars and he walked into the room with his posse... maybe because I didn't have my ho-hoppin' clothes on that day that he didn't speak, but I remembered thinking to myself "hm.. in an instrument store--could this mean he's getting back into the saddle again?"

I wonder if it was another stroke that took him? At any rate, I'm sad to hear that he's left earth. Rest well, Rick.

Someone said that he had been sick but he was singing his heart out.
I may be wrong but I think it was Tenna Marie that he was singing with at the Awards. They brought the house DOWN!!!

Anyway ... Superfreak is one of my favorite songs of all time. But instead of ..." she's got incense, wine and candles," I always thought he said "she's got intertwining candles." Which didn't make much sense, but I used to imagine some sort of freaky candelabra in the hotel room.
