URGENT - MISSING ENDANGERED 15 YEAR OLD GIRL

Folks, I need your help!
I am a regular poster here, but I need some help in an emergency situation -

My 15 year old niece has been missing for 6 days - she may be travelling with a man in a 1975 ORANGE VW bus ("hippie van") with NEW JERSEY license plates QQ47129. They may have left the state.

She has a serious medical illness and has been without her medication since she left. She may have gone voluntarily, but her decision-making and judgment abilites rely on her medication. She may be in a very deteriorated state. She needs immediate medical attention.

We have law enforcement working to find her, but I want some help in getting media attention so that the public starts looking for the VAN. The police will not just put out a nationwide alert for the van. But that may be our only way of finding her. And the van is orange and sticks out from most vehicles!

Do you have any tips for me or help to get the media to do a story so that the nationwide public is watching for this van and calls the police if they see it?
