Time Reporter Agrees to Deposition on CIA Leak

Reporter Matthew Cooper said he agreed to give the deposition
after Vice President Cheney's chief of staff, Lewis Libby, waived a confidentiality agreement with him. A statement from Time said a contempt of court order against both the magazine and Mr. Cooper has now been dropped.
