Bush Gains, but Not With Swing Voters

WASHINGTON - President Bush (news - web sites) has been gaining ground among overall voters as a leader and the man to fight terrorism, but swing voters have been less impressed, a tracking poll suggests.

But among swing voters, those who are undecided or say they might vote for another candidate, Bush appeared to lose some ground in the Annenberg survey and was no stronger than he was in August on the issues of fighting terrorism or being the better commander in chief.

Bush couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag without help. Good grief, anyone who saw the 7 minutes in the schoolhouse should realize what a botch he made of 9/11. Sorry, I want a LEADER.
