All Kerry/Edward Signs Stolen in Historic Ohio

Perrysburg, OH - All Kerry/Edward signs were stolen last night on the entire Front St. of Perrysburg, OH an historic old Ohio town. Many more were stolen on other streets. Perrysburg, historically, very Republican, has had alot of traditional Rockefeller Republicans leaning to Kerry this year, and this is upsetting alot of the GOP faithful. A full Police report was filed, and the Police recommended local Democratics reseach booby trapping their signs with reactive agents (Crisco) to thwart further Republican troop attacks.

10. Just a side note. Our area is swamped with Kerry signs

I've never seen so many "For President" (predominately Kerry by I would guess 12-1) signs in an election year as I have so far this year in this mid-Michigan area.

Our county went for Bush in 2000 and I convinced there are going to be some very shocked and surprised 'cons come the morning of Nov. 3rd.

21. There are almost ZERO Democratic signs left in my town.. :(

They have all been ripped off... they can steal all the signs they want, and spend millions to carpet our public areas with theirs.. BUT the bumper stickers tell the TRUE story!!! We outnumber theirs 20 to 1 now in this area! Screw them and their thugging sign-stealing! They can't change the election by doing that! If they are stealing signs from registered Republicans who are now voting for Kerry, I think they just did a really stupid thing. Nothing will make these Republicans more energized to vote and have others vote for Kerry than a personal attack on their property.

All They Have to Offer is Fear
Karl Silverman, one of the founders of the Neighborhood Democrats and SD 11 SDEC, wrote the following article about the vandalization of the Democratic Campaign Headquarters in League City, TX.

There was a terrorist attack in Galveston County. Glass was shattered as was the safety and security of every American citizen. It wasn't Al Qaeda but it just as easily could have been. In the middle of the night a car jack smashed a window at the Democratic Campaign Headquarters in League City. The terrorists left their calling card on the building for all to see and fear; it was a Bush/Cheney 04 bumper sticker. The police now have it as evidence.

Stealing yard signs wasn't enough. Tearing down large 4x4 Kerry/Edwards highway signs wasn't enough. Yelling derogatory comments at the Santa Fe Heritage Days fair wasn't enough. They had to step it up a notch and make volunteers afraid to be alone at their headquarters.

These are the same people that say Kerry's Purple Hearts were from scratches when he served honorably in Vietnam, while their fearless leader was AWOL from the National Guard. These are the same people that pushed the Patriot Act through but let the assault weapon ban expire. These are the same compassionate people that gave tax breaks to the richest two percent while reneging on No Child Left Behind. These are the same people that sent Americans off to war but wanted to cut combat pay, educational benefits and health care for our armed forces.

All this administration has to offer is fear. They announce that the sky is falling, instruct us to buy plastic sheeting and duct tape, watch our fellow citizens and report suspicious activity. We're told to fear our fellow citizens. They will do whatever it takes to win this election.

From League City to Galveston to Washington, DC, tell the Republicans you've had enough of their scare tactics. VOTE!
