Christian Broadcaster Wants Gay Whistleblower Jailed

(Los Angeles, California) Trinity Broadcasting, world's largest Christian broadcasting network wants a former employee jailed or fined because he violated a court order barring him from talking about a gay sexual encounter he says he had with the network's founder.

The Costa Mesa-based television network has asked an Orange County judge to hold Enoch Lonnie Ford in contempt of court.

Last month Ford went public with his allegations that he had had an affair with Paul Crouch eight years ago. (story)

Crouch, 70, reached a $425,000 US settlement in 1998 with Ford after the former worker threatened to sue claiming he had been unjustly fired from the network.

to Washington state and lived near Seattle!!! That was in 1990!!! All of what I knew was blown out from under me, literally and I found all the things that they preached were evil, etc. were just the opposite!!!

but these kool-aid drinkers are so anti-kerry that it takes a God given miracle, really, to cure them. I watched a program when my brother was having another attack in the ER, and it was called, "Changing Your World".

The older mustached guy on the TV kept saying, "Kerry is an admitted war criminal, George Bush is not, you ask your self, who should I vote for?"

NO KIDDING... made me so sick, I called their prayer requets line and asked for prayer for the TV host and the lady was shocked, "you want to pray for him, why?", I said, "for discernment!".

Paul has actually visited Iraq - and was escorted by US soldiers. He disobeyed them by getting out of the vehicle when they told him NOT to do so because it was a dangerous area. (therefore risking the lives of soldiers and civilians in the area) He later bragged about it. Why did he just HAVE to get out when he was told not to? He saw a satellite dish he wanted to look at.

Let's also not forget Paul has been invited to meet with bush in the past. Not surprising.
