6. In many ways, it the Republicans who should be pissed at W

If W had done a couple of smart things post 911 instead of trying to leverage it for political gain, he could have guaranteed GOP control of the Presidency and Congress for decades to come. By doing smart things like calling for a common national sacrifice, a war tax, truly trying to unite the country, reduce dependency on oil, etc, he could have been a great President. But he's not, so he couldn't, end of story.
