George Bush made sure legislation went through to exempt himself and all his fucking sadistic neocon administration of war crimes... but not enlisted people. Those who REALLY were responsible for the shame upon this nation will walk free in this nation, it seems.

I can only hope that now, knowing the U.S. has decided not to charge Cheney, Bush and Rumsfeld as war criminals, whenever any one of them steps foot in a nation that actually honors international human rights laws, anyone will be able to file charges to have them detained and investigated for possible war crimes without returning the case to American courts. There will be no justice in the American system.

but the GREATEST SHAME is that too many Americans don't give a shit. When an American soldier gets tortured, those americans who validate torture for innocent Iraqis and more should also applaud the torture of one of ours since they don't give a shit about justice or human lives or truth or accountability for leaders who CREATE the policy that makes this happen. In fact, those who justify the Bush regime are already guilty of justifying torture against American troops. Why is this not obvious? A baby is only murdered baby if it's still a sac of blastocytes?
