This makes every single american soldier responsible for the crimes he's commiting. And the american government has signed the principles of Nuremberg.

But if you ask me: international law will never ever work, in the world we live in. Although Germany had lost the war and was on her knees, our entire elite remained the same. The majority of the people, responsible for Ausschwitz was never ever punished. And no country or institution has the power to held a trial against the USA.
