In the next 12 -18 Months Interest Rates Will Go Up

The interest rates are low, housing prices are super low, buying any large ticket item will never be cheaper, that’s what the banks know, they are reluctant to loan money because of the profit margin. We should demand the greedy banks let loose some of the billions they have acquired, some people have excellent credit and great jobs but the banks are playing that greed game.

In the next 12 -18 months interest rates will go up and the window for buying will close or at least cost more, tell your politician the banks need to let loose of that money or you will find a new politician that listen.
