1. Canada requires that the relief well be drilled simultaneous with
the exploratory well, an obviously prudent practice. nt

3. Don't have a link, but....
on the news someone was comparing our rigs to the ones in .... Belgium? or Norway? .... and saying they were much safer. (sorry for no link)
