omg they suck.. i have nearly perfect credit (780) and had a few missed payments from traveling and they raised my interest rate on my CC from 18% with was high to begin with.. to 29.95%!... i called to complain and told that that all my other cards were under 13% so why would i use their card with that criminal rate!? the indian dude was apologetic and said he would take care of it and lower my rate... i got a form letter in the mail 2 weeks from corporate later saying that that was the LOWEST interest rate they could offer me. DONE with them. DONE!..


btw.. give credit to obama and the dem's for cc reforms that show how long it takes to pay off a cc with the minimum due. as well as the rule applying payments to highest interest rate balances first.. that's HUGE!... amazing to see their tricks uncovered and it's no wonder they didn't want us to know.. it clearly shows that the with the encouraged minimum payment option and paying low interest first they wanted to make us their slaves 4 life!..
