1. Okay. Sheinkopf, paraphrasing here:

"Key said there’s a secret out there. What is it? The voters aren’t fools; they respond to the information they’re given."

But who determines just exactly what that "information" is and when the voters are given it?

Voters are not fools, but judging by the Iraq War, we can be fooled.
