LIMA — The group requesting a recount of the presidential vote in Ohio has paid its $10 a precinct, or $1,390, to Allen County.
It will be left to the county to pay the actual cost of the recount, set to begin next Thursday, estimated to be at least $6,000 and as high as $12,000.
Already on Thursday, county commissioners approved an additional $37,000 to cover addi-tional expenses from the election that have already occurred.
