I'm involved in a new non-partisan completely independent website that seeks to create an alternative news outlet and a forum to discuss progessive politics. Its a project that spans several college campuses. We just started the blog and we posted our first editorial article. The article is entitled "Where does the buck stop?" Its about the lack of WMDs in Iraq, dubbed WMD-Gate.
We need your support, please check out the site and tell your friends about it!

I've bookmarked the site.
Out of curiosity, what colleges are represented in this effort?

| 2. good points and good site |
|
however, I'd like to add my request to one I read a day or two ago here in a scandal thread: It's now 30-years post Watergate, so can we please stop referring to every scandal as a "-gate"?
Otherwise, I'm right with you!

| 3. Thanks...but we still have much work to do! |

Wake-Up-USA.com is a joint effort among friends that spans three University of California campuses (i.e. Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Irvine). We're always in construction and we always welcome suggestions! Also, we're looking for staff writers! So if you can submit a short sample of an article, that'd be great.
Feel free to email w_nguyen@umail.ucsb.edu with your thoughts, ideas, and comments.
