They shook investors' confidence in the financial markets. And they deserve the same fate. It pisses me off that Ken Lay is sipping mimosas in Aspen, while Martha Stewart is packing her toothbrush.

Sheesh - Lay destroyed, literally destroyed, thousands of people's lives by cheating and lying. People lost their homes, their life savings, their retirement.

5. Right, I see a huge difference ...Martha wasn't even charged

with insider trading, but for lying to the SEC when she defended herself about something she wasn't even charged with. I think Martha's situation is closer to Bush's in 1990. Read this one.

small potatoes. Her high profile trial was media grist--distraction for the general public. Whatever punitive measures she is going to get, Ken Lay ought to get 100 times more. He destroyed not only thousands of lives but the economy of California. However, stupid Callifornians voted in his crony Arnold the groperfuehrer to continue the carnage. Justice? What justice?
