| Did you notice who Russert quoted as critics of R. Clarke? |
|
Quotes from the Washington Times and Charles Krauthammer. AND of course the emails from Condi... AND then he uses Frist and his speech.
Trivia question: In every MTP interview for the last couple of years, Russert would uses clippings and Video to phrase his questions to his guest.
In what interview did he forgo that?
The answer will tell you everything you need about MTP and Timmy Russert.

a good one Timmy could of used was Senator Bob Gramm's (the one where he held up the blacked out pages?) the one where he said he was for the information being de-classified along with Clarke's testimony to the intelligence committee.

| 5. "This Presidency is over". Tim Russert |

He can never get over that outragious comment after the Clintonm story broke. This Crooked Administration is the most corrupt since Nixon and the media lets the corrupt ones just keep on trucking. I hope Freske and his cronies start a perjury trial. Kick ass time!

...is probably what Russert is playing, unwittingly or not. It only helps to strengthen Clarke's answers to the right-wing's ridiculous claims, answers that are rock-solid and consistent and very believable. There's a real conviction in his mien that none of his attackers can shatter. Even Pat Buchanan is mentioned as backing Clarke's assertion of his duty as part of the administration to give a positive spin to what he said in 2002. Of course, Buchanan was anti-war, too. Heck, I'm actually starting to like the guy! Just goes to show how extreme the right wing has become today!

did you ever notice that Russert has trouble reading his own material with these quotes? He skips words, mispronounces others, changes the sentences...maybe that's why he fawns over the Preznit - he is similarly impaired. Probably ADD with an inpulse-control problem - he's impetuous, fat (can't stop from eating), and obnoxious.
