Health Care - A Winner for Democrats

This is anecdotal, but I spent a lot of time in the waiting room at my doctor's office today, talking to other patients. I have never seen such anger about our healthcare system; everyone I talked to had an HMO horror story (the old Medicare patients had no stories), and there was a sense of hopelessness and despair many conveyed.

Bush has no health proposals at all, and probably will not even have a seniors' drug bill. Whichever Dem comes out on top, and the horse-race does not interest me much at this point, this will be a sure winner for him/her.
