Have Iraqis stopped killing Americans ?

I hope that to be true. However, I do not wish to think that the numbers of wounded and KIAs are being manipulated for political purposes of this White House. Unfortunately, they cannot be trusted. Perhaps the Iraqis are too busy protecting the rear of Saddam to worry about attacking the GIs? After all, the best defense is a good offense. Both Bush and Rove agree on that.
