Woodward hammered home the proof about the $700m being used before the resolution...I think this is the bombshell from the book which can hurt but congress has to jump on this. The fact that Bush made up his mind back in Nov or Jan doesn't seem to be causing a big stir, which it should...so let this $700m start to burn.
