Fair & Balanced is that the same as Toys R Us?

My family had a business and we tried to name it Gifts R Us but when we tried to register it we were told that Toys R Us owned the "R Us" and no one else could use "R Us".

My question is does Faux own "Fair & Balanced"?

If we can all register a business name with Fair & Balanced in it then Faux has no rights to the "Fair & Balanced" words.

I think that I am going to open up a little business under the name of "Fair & Balanced Books & Gifts".

I know that sounds stupid but hell maybe I could sue Faux for misusing the words or something like that.

Anyone else want to register some business names with the words "Fair & Balanced" in it.
