OLD Issues of Star & Enquirer needed about Arnold's Gay lifestyle

It was a few years back and I would love to get a copy of the issues.

They had a spread about Arnold being gay and having a sugar daddy in the USA when he first came to the States.

The right wingers bash Barney Frank all of the time and he is one of my favorite people. I am not trying to offend anyone that is gay either.

I would love to get a copy of the issues about Gay Arnold and let the right wingers preach about their family values after they read these issues.

Anyone else remember the issues? They hit the stands big time and the word was that Maria was a front for Arnold's gay lifestyle.

Like I said I don't care if Arnie is gay it makes no difference to me. I just don't want the right wing stations running family ads like he is this Macho Family Man that loves women.

The gay rumors would come from some of the types who hang around body builders. In particular, during Arnold's time, when there was hardly any money in it, there were rumors that some of them would prostitute themselves from time to time. I doubt Arnold would have had to do that because he was Weider's boy essentially from the start, and had some kind of income during that time.

and it is virtually certain not to be true (he is a heavy duty womanizer) it would be monumentally stupid for us to raise it as an issue. Gays and lesbians would be royally pissed and go to him or to some far left candidate, the real conservative already have another choice, and moderates would likely sit home. Feinstein to her eternal credit didn't use this in her 94 race against Huffington (when it was true) and Davis shouldn't use it now (especially given his terrible rep as a dirty campaigner). He also called McInnis a wimp at some point. The point of my post which started this little discussion was to say that gays are tougher than this and that I for one would appreciate any information about Arnold being a fellow homo made public because he is running as a member of a party that is coming after gays with a vengeance, and the hypocrisy is astounding.

"Fruit" and "fruitcake" are both slurs used against homosexual and/or effeminate men and I can't believe anyone would deny that. It is very popular slang for gays and has been for decades.
Just a few weeks ago in an interview, when asked if she was gay, Queen Latifah responded by sarcastically saying "yeah, I'm a fruitcake...I ain't got time for that."

I did not see one gay person post anything derogatory about Stark' s comment, he was instantly forgiven because he was very heroic in trying to confront the repukes because they had just broken legislative process by not asking for objections before they proceeded to vote on a bill that the dems had not had time to review. Stark was under extreme pressure as the only dem remaining in the committee room, he is from another generation, and it just wasn't that big of a deal. I can forgive that, and I think the whole gay community did as I haven't heard so much as a whisper about it, but it doesn't change the definition of the slur.

As one who frequents the NY Post's gossip page: Some of those people (Liz SMITH and the Oldest-Person-in-the-World-Named-"Cindy") at least built their careers in the context of old style "reporting" with multi-sourcing and try for a patina of semi-"respectability". Unlike DRUDGE, whom some great poster here recently described brilliantly as an "immoralist".

As for the thread's topic, there WAS gossip somewhere, long ago about London and old rich men. And the poster above made a great point about nude pics by themselves being a total disqualifier for Misses America, so, why is Ahhhnuld in carte blanche mode--------more importantly, not having to answer any POLICY questions AT ALL???

in Arnie's past puts the spotlight not so much on him personally, but on the right wingers who are backing him; THAT is where the hypocrisy lies. The point being that Prick Santorum will support Arnie (who may or may not have played with the boys in the past) because he is a Republican, while any Dem with a sexually ambiguous past would be ripped apart by the Republican Disinformation Department, headquarted in Hell.

BTW, I think a lot of people are BISEXUAL to one degree or another, and maybe more so or less so at different times in their lives and depending with whom they happen to be interacting:
