Just wondering. Some have said that Clinton was the most popular President since Roosevelt.

2. Prez Clinton's rating end of his presidency: 64%
I don't have the data but someone can research it. Prez Clinton's ratings didn't even go down below 55%, while the republican scandal against him was full force.
