| Is Reagan's death a blessing? |
|
There are plenty of angry and knowledgeable people calling in to Washington Journal and I'm sure other programs everywhere (including stories on freeper sites quoting Reagan policy dissenters).
There memories and stories of Reagan and his handlers and their horrible policies is excellent because it mirrors the current regime. It educates people about Iran-Contra and the horrible death policies on our own and in other countries - particularly Central America.
We need to keep hammering away about the regurgitation of operatives from Reagan to Bush and Bush.
I'd like to see a complete list.
Abrams, Baker, Meese, Rumsfeld, Kristol, Norquist, Noonan ......

| 1. I'm sure it is a blessing, it usually is when someone is 93 |
|
but this won't cause people to hate Bush more. Most people don't get the connection

| 4. No it's not a blessing.... |

Reagan is literally the Jesus Christ to those who believe they'll be capable of making it rich.....with the eventual thought that they can look down on others.....and REALLY enjoy every minute of it.
The Reaganites running this country are alive and well and it has nothing to do with whether he was alive or dead. The Reaganites got their stake in the ground with Ronny and the rest is history....they'll do anything to recapture that level of dumping money to the top of the heap. They dam near lost it when Clinton was on a path to show how the economy really can work with tax rates to the rich at 40%. Taking Clinton out was thus manditory.
Do you recall what Limbaugh said the day after Bush won? He said "now we can get everything that we want....and do it right now...there's no reason to wait".
They will be desperate to do anything in their power to keep Kerry out. They have much more at stake this time around.

| 7. I lived through Reagan, uncomfortably, and a victim of street crime |
|
and was totally shocked and disgusted at Iran-Contra and all the known and alleged crimes against our people and the world.
But, even I have forgotten some of the crimes and I have had my memory refreshed. I believe others have as well. Plus, more and more people are finding it easier to express themselves after all the crimes against the citizens that are piling up against us by the cabal of banks, media, corporations, intelligence agencies, and the military.
