This is the first day of public hearings of the evidence against Governor Rowland from the Legislative Committiee of Inquiry.

What fun! Today's evidence presentation centers around his DC apartment, which he is accused of conspiring to get a higher than normal price for from a friend.

We have 2 apartments.
A has parking with it.
B does not.

A sold for $40,000.
B sold for $65,000.

A is normal.
B is the Governor's old place, which was on the market for 2 years no less before suddenly getting such a price.


We're also finding out that he overstated his income on his taxes, probably to increase a possible refund, I think.
