Effects range from punch drunk(boxing term) to slightly impaired reasoning due to damage to prefrontal lobe.

So now we have injured one of our own boys due to indescreet prisoner training to the point we had to let him go? USE and ABUSE one or more of our OWN? Then we just DISCHARGE HIM? WHY? Is the man now a "LOLO"? Apparently so.

This means we Americans are making our people more "LOLO" than I Thought, not only with brain washing but with brain trauma too.

I would hope the family seeks legal counsel.
