He negotiated with terrorists to HOLD hostages. He traded arms for hostages. He DIRECTLY funded terrorist groups in South America. He funded terrorists in South America through bulk purchases of Cocaine that was smuggled by the CIA into our inner cities.
Oh yeah, and all those weapons of mass destruction ... you SOLD them ALL to Saddam Hussein!!!!!!!! Clinton by contrast, ran the Saddam ragged with weapons inspections that FORCED him to destroy his remaining arsenals.
