Citizen Cohn is on now...does HBO time these things deliberately?

I swear, anything there is something newsy going on, HBO digs up a movie along a similar theme. There has been a lot of talk about the hearings lately, and NPR did a story on McCarthy and Cohn yesterday. Is this an anniversary or something, or HBO just issuing a reminder about how fucked up our own government can be.
