FDR was reported to have said that the Democratic strategy to get elected was "tax, spend, and elect."*

I believe the Republican's strategy which worked so well in 02 was "scare,scare, and elect."

If we Dems don't have an answer we're screwed.


*that statement might be apocryphal

definetly don't let the GOP take the lead on all the issues.

It is time to really come out as an opposition party7 with a clear agenda
