Shouldn't it be "Weapons for Terrorists " not " arms for hostages "
how can it be arms for hostages when they were taking more hostages everytime they got more weapons.

If you look at the dates and numbers of hostages released and compare that to the dates that more hostages were taken it shows that what ever you call what was going on it was not netting out hostages.

didn't the kidnappers pay the money to America ?
