5. I don't get it

There are real talk show hosts out there fighting the good fight in an arena that is certainly hostile to them. They are few and far between, but there are "liberal" talk shows out there, and they are mostly good talk shows. So a liberal network starts up and they hire a bunch of comedians??? Why? This seems to be a slap in the face to all the real hosts out there fighting the good fight. I believe this is why Air America is floundering. If they would hire some real hosts I think it would catch on.

The Arbitrends has Franken ahead of Limpballs on WABC. That sounds like success to me--in the first quarter, on a little-known station! How many other businesses beat out 10 year old franchises when they first appear?
