Pearl Harbor like event numerous times. I found it 3 times in his proposals for military funding. Here is a clip from a pdf document regarding Rumsfeld's view on space based weapons which I consider most bizarre.

Just emailed him with the web site and how to do a search in Adobe using control f feature. The Pearl Harbor statemnt is in the first complete paragraph on page 51 of the report (which is page 63 in the Adobe Acrobat PDF version of the text). I emailed all of this to Franken. I don't think he uses a computer though at all. But someone at the show must read the email and can navigate this for him. How can anyone not use a computer now days????
