Then he said something like, "the terraist just want to spread their DARK VISION over the world and we won't let them."

Forgive me for being so touchy but as an African American I immediately got a mental picture of these DARK people trying to spread their DARK VISION all over everyone.

Why did he select those words? Was he talking to his base? Sounds like a Rove sound bite to me.
