Bush on September 11th

Okay, there has been some debate about just how long Bush sat in that classroom after hearing about the attack. Certainly F9/11 has some of the footage. What I've read in several places is that the whole 17-20 minutes he spent there is on tape. I would assume that this footage is in some way available to the public (even if it is a paying public) since Moore was able to use some of it in his documentary.

My question is, does anyone know who has ownership rights of this footage, or where one could obtain the entire segment?

He is talking about (I think) the 5 minute clip that can be viewed at The Memory Hole website.

He also writes: "Somewhere, someone has the complete, uncut footage of Bush in Booker Elementary, from the time he enters the classroom until he finally walks out."

This is what Michael Moore has, apparently. It was given to him by a parent who was in the room filming. I have no idea if it is from the same camera as the footage we have seen on the web.
