Looks like we'll know if the IRR activiations are going to happen within the next week or so:

I still maintain that there is no more sure indication of an impending draft than the activiation of the IRR.

3. It was announced on C-Span about ten minutes ago that President...

...Bush has delivered a written message to the congress in session and that envelop delivered by special courier was handed over to the speaker of the house. It has not been opened and read yet, but I wonder if it has to do with the draft since the house is talking about getting NATO and more coalition support in Iraq for the June 30th turnover date.

May have something to do with his testimony regarding Plame though.
