It looks like Cheney's duck hunting with Scalia paid off

The Washington Post today reported that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Cheney's energy policy summit papers remain sealed. However, they did send it down to a lower court, where there may be a sliver of hope of getting them opened.

I'm interested in hearing what Scalia said in the ruling.
