...make a ruling on the issue. Right after the decision was rendered, Ted Olson, Solicitor General of the U. S., resigned effective sometime in July 2004. IMHO, Olson failed to get the SCOTUS to completely dismiss the case.
Additionally, FratBoy will be representd by outside counsel from now on because lawyers working for the government can be compelled to testify in Grand Juries.
